UK Delivery
We ship all orders within the UK. Most items are dispatched within 3–5 working days as each piece is handmade to order. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent.

Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 working days from dispatch
Express UK Delivery: Available at checkout (1–2 working days from dispatch)
Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.

International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Made to Order
All of our products are handmade to order. This means your item is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Please factor this into your delivery expectations, especially if you need an item by a specific date — feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Returns
Our Policy
Because every item is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. We do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or items that have developed a natural patina over time.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Natural Patina
Copper naturally develops a patina over time — this is not a fault. Each piece ages differently depending on its environment, and this is part of the character of handmade copper goods. Patina development is not grounds for a return.
